The Goblin Who Set Out To Be A Flower
First of all, let me clarify this: he didn’t do it on purpose! Yes, Mike did steal away all of the bees from the flowers surrounding him… but not intentionally.
See, all Mike ever wanted, was to be a flower. A rather unusual hobby for a goblin, true, but he decided to follow his passion anyway and (kind of) took roots on a lovely flower meadow, right next to all the beautiful flowers he so admired.
As soon as the bees of the meadow got wind of the new kid in the neighbourhood, off they were to check it out for themselves. Never before had anything like this occurred, so imagine the flowers’ confusion and dismay. Abandoned. Neglected. Left behind. Forever.
Nah, not really. Bees aren’t stupid, you know. They are perfectly capable of distinguishing between goblins and flowers. So they welcomed Mike with a couple of flight formations and pirouettes and off they were again, busy as bees are, and everything returned to normal with the addition of a very happy little goblin, now part of the community, spreading joy all around him.
And they lived happily ever after.
